The HR Collaborative was formed to give southern Nevada nonprofit leaders an opportunity to learn, share ideas and grow professionally by improving the human resources of their organizations. By strengthening the human resource capacity, we will help organizations, the clients they serve and the community as a whole.

The HR Collaborative was created and is managed by Greg Wilken and Maggie Harris.

Greg Wilken

Greg is the Founder and CEO of Endunamo Consulting an HR consulting company that focuses on serving the HR needs of nonprofits in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada,  Greg is a proven leader with experience in human resources, employment and labor law, employee relations and labor relations. He helps organizations succeed by assessing and minimizing employment-related risk, investigating and resolving employee complaints, increasing employee engagement, and promoting human resource best practices. He is effective in building strong relationships with business leaders and aligning human resource strategies with business objectives. 

Maggie Harris

 Maggie is the founder of Harris Coaching and Consulting and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.  Maggie has more than 15 years’ experience developing individuals and teams and is a strong believer that the most productive workplaces are those that are made up of people who are able to do what they do best every day in environments that embrace differences. Maggie works with clients from a variety of organizations to reveal their true talents and teaches them how to invest in those talents to become strengths.  Maggie also works with organizations to teach leadership, management, and teams how to leverage strengths and use them to manage weaknesses.
